What You’ll Do
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for developers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct data-driven analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and sprint planning sessions to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor post-implementation outcomes and recommend iterative improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in tech or software development environments.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, requirement-gathering techniques, and process modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with project management software (Jira, Trello).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum are a strong advantage.
